Hi, my name is Lindsay Adler. I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, a Certified Eating Disorder Specialist & Consultant, and an Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher. I offer in-person outpatient therapy in Northern Colorado and online therapy in the states of California and Colorado. Step out of the busy town and into a healing space surrounded by nature. I offer 75–90 minute client-focused sessions that integrate the calming presence of animals, beautiful mountain views, and the tranquility of being in nature.
